From our work in the forums, we realize there are two basic types of clients for us. Website owners that want to stay focused on their business, and website owners that like to get "their hands dirty". We work comfortably with both.
Business Owner Types
This type of person is interested in getting their site cleaned of malware and wants it done quickly.
Business owner "types" don't want to get involved with HTML or malicious javascript (malscript) hunting. That's not their niche.
You're more interested in driving traffic to your site, blogging, tweeting, etc. to generate traffic and business to your sites.
You probably hire out the web design and development and other tasks to trained professionals.

Our services extend further by evaluating your site and making suggestions on how to "harden" your site so that it's not compromised by cybercriminals.
Website "Tech" Types
Website "Tech" types are very hands-on. They like to learn or know about HTML and what deobfuscated javascript actually does.
When we work with "Tech" types, we usually only have to identify the malicious code, suggest some ways to prevent it and provide other tools to assist them in checking their site. The "Tech" types usually know how to program in PHP or Perl or a variety of languages and are expert level in many software programs.
They usually only need our service to notify them when a breach does occur and show them the malscripts inserted. For them, it's not about removing the malscript, it's more about restoring from a recent backup.
For the "Tech" types they have their choice between the Standard Service and the Premiere Service, but most often they opt for Premiere Service anyway, in the event their site or one of their clients sites is hacked, it can be quickly restored while they're working on other issues.
