VPS/Dedicated Server Plan

Please enter your server login information for our VPS/Dedicated Server Plan service

• Hosting account login URL*
  If you have WHM, please enter the URL for the login. If you're on Plesk or any other server management platform, please enter the login URL
• Name of hosting provider*
  This could be Bluehost, GoDaddy, FastComet, LiquidWeb, etc.
• Server login username*
  This could be 'root' or 'admin' or some other username depending on your server setup. We need the username to login to the URL you entered above.
• Server login password*
  This is the password that allows us to use the username above at the login URL you entered first, to login to your server
• Special Instructions
  If you have multiple websites on this server, please let us know if there are certain sites that you know are already infected. Or any special ports for SSH, etc.
