Why are our prices so low?

This business was started in late 2006. I am programmer who started programming back in 1985. I enjoy automating repetitive tasks. Over 20,000 websites had malware removed manually (and for free) so I could document the steps required to automate the process of removing malware from websites.

As I began charging for our service we had no idea what our fee should be. Some customers were offering to pay us $99 per website. That was our fee for awhile.

When I automated more and more of our processes it became evident that to truly help as many people as possible, we should lower our fees. The fees we now charge are the result of innovative programming, automation and years of experience and knowledge.

The service now runs almost fully automated, from copying your files to our servers here in Chicago, to positively identifying ALL malware on your website. to removing that malware and copying the files back to your website thereby overwriting the infected files. Even our root cause analysis is automated!  Our service also deletes ALL phishing files, ALL backdoors, ALL SPAM scripts – EVERYTHING malicious AND uses an extensive set of rules to determine how your sites were infected (root cause analysis).

Why should you pay for every site? It’s mostly automated. Does it cost more to do all the sites on the same shared hosting account? Not for us it doesn’t!

Monitoring of your website files every 4 hours is automated. If malware is found, it’s removal is automated. Most services, if they offer monitoring at all, will only scan from the outside and even then only once or twice a day. This is not good enough for your websites.

Why you must have EVERY website serviced on a shared account
